big sky country

they say that the prairies are the rightful big sky country, the only place? but I would beg to differ.... vancouver has its own big skies, and one of the greatest things that I discovered when I moved here was that along with the supposed cloudy weather would come.. CLOUDS! Beautiful, big, sometimes wispy, sometimes ominous, always breathtaking clouds. and as a bonus, there's the mist that hangs in the mountains, sometimes barely reaching the tops. one of my favourite daily things is looking out and up and seeing the latest treat that the big sky has to offer. today's are more monochrome than cotton candy, but lovely nonetheless.
