home is where people understand you

how lucky we are when we have more than one.. I'm back in Ottawa these days, for a few hours of revelry, laughter and visits with familiar faces. the highlights will include late night tea with my brother, the requisite neighbourhood run with ma, and meandering conversations with pa... plans are also in store for visits with my other loved ones.
Vancouver is treating me famously these days- i'm happy to call it home too, and part of that home will be meeting me across the big pond next week, where we'll experience a new adventure together. not a lot sweeter than wanting every moment of a couple days to last, but not being able to wait til the next days come, either.
